Family Section Quarterly Call (August 2026)

Join the Family Section for their August 2026 Quarterly Call.

Beyond the Memo: Surviving the New Era of Adjustment of Status Discretion

The Family Section presents this roundtable to discuss the evolving landscape of USCIS discretion in adjustment of status adjudications following the May 21 policy memo. Panelists will share on-the-ground observations, emerging trends in interviews, RFEs, NOIDs, and denials. We will discuss strategies for preparing stronger initial filings, mitigating discretion concerns before interviews, and developing effective responses when cases are challenged or denied.
