DOL Invitation to a Webinar on 2024 H-2A Farmworker Protection Final Rule

DOL invites stakeholders to a webinar on 5/23/24 to discuss changes to the H-2A program made by the 2024 H-2A Farmworker Protection Final Rule. The Final Rule will become effective June 28, 2024, and OFLC will begin accepting applications subject to the provisions of this rule on August 29, 2024.

CA6 Holds That Petitioner’s Tennessee Domestic Violence Conviction Was Not Categorically a Crime of Violence
