CBP to Begin Biometric Exit Testing at Otay Mesa Port of Entry

CBP is testing new biometric technology for travelers departing the U.S. at the Otay Mesa pedestrian crossing until May 2016. Travelers will provide biometric data via their travel documents and certain non-U.S. citizens will provide facial and iris biometrics to compare to their entry record.
