Changes to E Visa Application Processing in Mexico

E-mail from the U.S. Embassy in Mexico outlining processing changes for E-1 treaty trader and E-2 treaty investor visas, effective 7/7/15. E-1 visa processing will be handled by the Consulates General in Monterrey and Tijuana and E-2 visas will be handled by the Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez.
