Ombudsman’s Office Now Requires Form DHS 7001 for Employment Authorization Cases

The CIS Ombudsman's Office now requires that customers submit Form DHS 7001 (either a paper form or an online case assistance form) for all cases, including those related to applications for EADs. In the past, inquiries regarding EAD applications could be submitted without Form DHS 7001.
