DOJ Final Rule Issued on Oath of Allegiance

DOJ final rule finalizing the procedures implementing an administrative naturalization process. This rule will amend those procedures slightly by extending concurrent jurisdiction to administer the oath of allegiance to IJs with certain officers of the INS. (60 FR 37803, 7/24/95)
