INS Final Rule on Naturalizations in the Philippines

INS final rule adopts without change, an interim rule published on May 27, 1993 by the INS which amended the existing fee schedule and allows for the naturalization of certain natives of the Philippines. Effective 2/22/95. (60 FR 9773, 2/22/95)
