Interim Final Rule Authorizes BCIS to Accept E-Filing

DHS interim final rule permitting BCIS to accept electronic filing and signatures. Beginning 5/29/03, I-765s and I-90s may be filed electronically, but will require collection of biometrics at an ASC before the cards can be issued. (68 FR 23010, 4/29/03)
