DHS Proposed Rule for Collection of Fees on F, J, and M Nonimmigrants

DHS proposed rule to authorize fee collection on certain F-1, F-3, J-1, M-1, or M-3 visas. Generally, the rule proposes a fee of $100. Certain J-1 programs will pay only $35, and certain other categories will be exempt. (68 FR 61148, 10/27/03)
