USCIS Procedures for H-2B Petitions in Wake of Cap Cut-Off

USCIS notice that it is no longer accepting H-2B petitions for FY2004 now that the cap has been reached and will adjudicate all those received on or before 3/9/04. H-2B petitions filed for employment to begin on or after 10/1/04 to be counted against the FY2005 cap. (69 FR 12340, 3/16/04)
