DHS Extending Time Limitation for Mexican BCC Holders

Effective 8/13/04, the interim rule authorizes Mexican border crossing card (BCC) holders to remain in the United States for a period up to 30 days, without the need for additional documentation or the issuance of an I-94 card. (69 FR 50051, 8/13/04)
