DHS Expands Basic Pilot Program Nationwide

USCIS notice that the Basic Pilot Program, which allows employers to get automated confirmation of employment authorization, has been expanded to all 50 states and D.C. Also announced is USCIS's web-based access to employers volunteering to participate in the program. (69 FR 75997, 12/20/04)
