DHS Proposes to Amend Petitioning Requirements for O and P Nonimmigrant Classifications

DHS proposed rule amends petitioning requirements for O and P nonimmigrant classifications, allowing an O or P petitioner to file an I-129 up to one year, but not earlier than 6 months, before the date of the petitioner's need for the alien's services. (70 FR 21983, 4/28/05)
