USCIS Expands Direct Mail Program to Include I-90s

USCIS expands the Direct Mail Program is expanded to include processing of applications to renew or replace Permanent Resident Cards. Effective 5/31/05, form I-90 must be filed at a designated lockbox facility for initial processing. (70 FR 30768, 5/27/05)
