DHS Proposes to Remove Two Obsolete Systems of Records

DHS proposes to remove two systems of records from its inventory of record systems because they have become obsolete. One system held fingerprint records for the INS under the DOJ and became part of the DHS inventory of records. Effective 4/13/06. (71 FR 19197, 4/13/06)
