DHS Issues Proposed Regulation on Intercountry Adoptions

DHS proposes rule providing for intercountry adoptions pursuant to the Hague Convention and the Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000. The proposed rule addresses consular officer processing of immigration petitions, visas, and Convention certificates. (71 FR 35847, 06/22/06)
