USCIS Issues Notice of Expansion of I-485 Pilot Program

USCIS is expanding a pilot program that changes I-485 filing procedures for certain applicants. The expansion will affect applicants within jurisdiction of the Dallas and El Paso District Offices, or the Oklahoma City Sub-Office. (71 FR 55206, 9/21/06)
