USCIS Final Rule Temporarily Amends Fees for EB I-485s and Ancillary Benefit Applications

USCIS final rule amending the applicable fees for EB I-485s, ancillary benefits and biometrics pursuant to the July 2007 Visa Bulletin. Applications filed on or after 8/18/07 will require the increased fees. (72 FR 41888, 8/1/07)
