DHS Publishes Proposed Rule to Have Airlines and Vessels Collect Biometrics from Exiting Foreign Nationals
On 4/24/08 DHS published a proposed rule to have commercial airline and vessel carriers collect biometrics from foreign nationals subject to US-VISIT requirements upon their exit. Comments are due 6/23/08. (73 FR 22065, 4/24/08)
