DHS Issues Notice of Designation of E-Verify as System to Be Used by Federal Contractors

DHS notice announcing that the Secretary of Homeland Security has designated E-Verify as the electronic employment verification system to be used by federal contractors pursuant to Executive Order 12989. The designation is effective immediately. (73 FR 33837, 6/17/08)
