DHS Issues Final Rule Exempting Some ICEPIC Data from the Privacy Act

DHS final rule amending regulations on the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Pattern Analysis and Information Collection System (ICEPIC) to exempt portions of the new system from the Privacy Act. The rule is effective 8/18/08. (73 FR 48117, 8/18/08)
