DHS Exempts Portions of Office of Intelligence and Analysis Records System from Privacy Act

DHS final rule exempting portions of a new system of records notice, the "Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) Enterprise Records System (ERS)," from certain provisions of the Privacy Act. The final rule is effective 9/30/08. (73 FR 56921, 9/30/08)
