USCIS Withdraws Notice Revising Direct Mail Program to Include N-400s

USCIS notice withdrawing a revision to the Direct Mail Program for the filing of Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, which was to take effect on 10/14/08. USCIS has decided to delay implementation of the change. (73 FR 60311, 10/10/08)
