DHS Amendment Delays Establishment of U.S. Ports of Entry in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

DHS technical amendment delaying implementation until 11/28/09 of the interim final rule that would amend regulations to replace the current Guam Visa Waiver Program with a new Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program and establish six ports of entry in the CNMI. (74 FR 25387, 5/28/09)
