DHS Final Rule on Stay of REAL ID Material Compliance Date

DHS final rule that stayed the January 1, 2010 date that states must be in material compliance with the REAL ID ACT of 2005. DHS will lift the stay and announce any new compliance dates by publication in a document in the Federal Register. (74 FR 68477, 12/28/09)
