DHS, CBP Final Rule on Airports of Entry or Departure for Flights to and From Cuba

DHS, CBP final rule amending DHS regulations to allow additional U.S. airports meeting existing CBP standards for accommodating international flights to request CBP approval to accept direct flights to and from Cuba. The rule is effective as of 1/28/11. (76 FR 5058, 1/28/11)
