Coast Guard Removes Reference to TWIC from Outer Continental Shelf Regulations

Coast Guard final rule removing from its regulations on Outer Continental Shelf activities a reference to the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and the employment of U.S. citizens or resident aliens as they are inconsistent with requirements in the Act. (78 FR 69292, 11/19/13)
