CBP Final Rule on Definition of “Members of a Family” for Purposes of Filing CBP Family Declaration

CBP final rule expanding the definition of “family members residing in one household” to include “domestic relationships” which will allow more U.S. returning residents and non-resident visitor families to be eligible to file a single customs declaration. (78 FR 76529, 12/18/13)
