DHS Notice of Termination of 2021 Designation of Venezuela for TPS

DHS notice that DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is terminating the 2021 designation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), set to expire 9/10/25. This termination is effective 11/7/25, after which nationals of Venezuela (and stateless individuals who last habitually resided in Venezuela) who have been granted TPS under Venezuela's 2021 designation will no longer have TPS.
