DHS Releases Update on Automatic Revalidation of Nonimmigrant Visas

DHS provided that the validity of an expired nonimmigrant visa may be considered to be automatically extended to date of application for readmissions at port of entry. The memo provides guidance on F and J nonimmigrants and all other nonimmigrants. Iran, Syria, Sudan, and Cuba are ineligible.
