DOJ Prohibiting Aviation Training of Certain Individuals Without Prior Notification

DOJ notice that the Aviation and Transportation Security Act (PL 107-71) bans flight training for aircraft above a certain weight for any alien unless the flight school notifies the Attorney General but temporarily grants advance consent for certain aliens. Effective 2/8/02. (67 FR 6051, 2/8/02)
