DOJ Notice Requiring Certain Nonimmigrants to Report for Special Registration

DOJ expands by 13 the list of countries from which males aged 16 or older who are already in the U.S. must appear for special registration. Those admitted as nonimmigrants on or before 9/30/02, are required to appear before INS for registration by 1/10/03. (67 FR 70525, 11/22/02)
