FBI Proposed Rule on Name Check Program Fees

The FBI issued a proposed rule explaining the methodology used to calculate the revised name-based checks conducted by the Records Management Division (RMD) in the National Name Check Program (NNCP) and provides a proposed fee schedule. Comments are due 11/25/08. (73 FR 55794, 9/26/08)
