DOJ and USCIS Formalize Partnership to Eliminate Discrimination and Combat Fraud

DOJ and USCIS announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to expand collaboration and establish a framework for the Fraud Detention and National Security Directorate (FDNS) and the Immigrant and Employee Rights Section (IER) to share information and interagency case referrals.
