DOL Availability of $50 Million in H-1B Technical Skills Training Grants

DOL solicited requests and provided guidance for the business-led technical skills training grant funds available under ACWIA. The training program is intended to address domestic shortages in high skill and high technology occupations and to reduce dependence on H-1B workers. (68 FR 37553, 6/24/03)
