DOL Cancels Solicitation of Grant Applications for H-1B Technical Skills Training Grants

DOL is canceling its 1/6/03 solicitation for grant applications for H-1B Technical Skills Training Grants, effective 1/16/04, in order to review its goals and underlying principles for these grants. The DOL will review applications received prior to 5:00 pm on 1/16/04. (69 FR 2162, 1/14/04)
