DOL Proposes Rule to Amend Regulations for E-3 Visas

DOL published a proposed rule to amend the regulations in 20 C.F.R. Part 655, Subparts H and I, to extend the procedures therein, with exception, to E-3 visas. (72 FR 1649, 1/12/07)
