DOL Announces Lower Living Standard Income Level Under WIA

Under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), the Secretary of Labor determines annually the Lower Living Standard Income Level (LLSIL). This issuance provides the annual LLSIL for 2010 and references the current 2009 HHS Poverty Guidelines. (75 FR 25296, 05/11/10)
