DOL Guidance on Start Date for 2012 H-2B Program

DOL guidance regarding the 2012 Final Rule for H-2Bs. Applications filed under the current regulation must be postmarked no later than midnight 4/26/12. Applications postmarked after 4/27/12 will be adjudicated under the 2012 Final Rule. (77 FR 24137, 4/23/12)
