Changes to H-2B Applications Filed After 1/18/09

The Employment Security Department of Washington State provides guidance on changes to the H-2B program resulting from the 12/19/08 final rule on H-2B labor certifications. AILA’s DOL Liaison Committee is seeking clarification on the proper e-mail/fax address to be used for H-2B prevailing wages.
