DOL FOIA Response on Tier Two and Tier Four Cases Targeted for Audit and Possible SR

These two charts were referenced in a March 19, 2013, OFLC document (AILA Doc. No. 14020361) outlining eight criteria that specify types of applications for permanent labor certification. Page 1 of the FOIA response lists trade-related occupations that fall under Audit Tier Two; cases will be targeted for audit and tagged for possible supervised recruitment if the six-digit SOC code matches one or more of these occupations. Page 2 of the FOIA response lists public schools that fall under Audit Tier Four; cases will be targeted for audit and tagged for possible supervised recruitment if the employer EIN matches one or more or the EINs on the list (note: EINs on the list have been redacted by DOL).
