DOS Final Rule Making Minor Corrections or Additions to DOS Regulations

DOS final rule combines several minor corrections and updates of current nonimmigrant visa regulations with the deletion of several immigrant visa regulations that are inoperative as a result of the repeal or expiration of the underlying provisions of law. (63 FR 48577, 9/11/98)
