DOS Amends Q-2 Visa Regulations

DOS amends its rules on the Irish Peace Process Cultural and Training Program by adding requirements regarding the certification letter and moving a description of the factual elements that must be proven to a different regulation. (66 FR 52500, 10/16/01)
