DOS Implements § 423 of USA Patriot Act

Pursuant to § 423 of the USA Patriot Act, the State Department amends 22 CFR § 42.21 to add to the definition of 'immediate relatives' the widows and children whose spouses/parents were the victims of the terrorist acts of 9/11/01. (67 FR 1414, 1/11/02)
