DOS Clarifies Diversity Visa Program Requirements

DOS interim rule amending the Diversity Visa Program regulations, including further clarifying the definition of “high school education or its equivalent,” replacing references to the DOT with the O*Net, and providing further instructions for acceptable photos and signatures. (67 FR 51752, 8/9/02)
