DOS Implements § 403 of USA PATRIOT Act

DOS interim rule that sets forth conditions for the use, protection, dissemination and destruction of criminal history records provided to the DOS by the FBI, pursuant to §403 of the USA PATRIOT Act. The rule also amends the DOS’s fingerprinting procedures. (67 FR 8477, 2/25/02)
