DOS Redesignates 25 Foreign Terrorist Organizations

Pursuant to INA § 219, the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General, has redesignated 25 organizations as foreign terrorist organizations, effective 10/2/03. (68 FR 56860, 10/2/03)
