DOS Adds the Communist Party of Nepal To List of Terrorist Organizations

DOS determined that the Communist Party of Nepal, and all aliases, "has committed, or poses a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of U.S. nationals or the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States." (68 FR 62158, 10/31/03)
