DOS Interim Final Rule Eliminates Crew List Visas

DOS interim final rule finalizes on an interim basis the agency’s 12/13/02 proposed rule to eliminate crew list visas. The rule’s preamble notes that the DOS is eliminating the crew list visa for security reasons. The rule takes effect on 6/16/04, with comments due by 5/17/04. (69 FR 12797, 3/18/04)
