DOS Amends U.S. Passport Regulations

DOS interim final rule clarifies that revoked, lost, or stolen passports are invalid. The interim final rule requires specified photographs and personal appearance of all applicants not eligible to apply by mail. Comments must be received no later than 4/26/04. (69 FR 15669, 3/26/04)
